Chilly Saturday

BRR! I am so sick of this! Honestly, I'm a nurse, why didn't I move somewhere where I don't have to wear a ski jacket into April, where long underwear is not a vital part of one's wardrobe, where being fashionable is possible 12 months of the year, and so on?!! Especially that last part...I'm currently wrapped up in a down comforter while wearing sweatpants, a t-shirt, a sweater, and a puffy down vest. If that doesn't scream fashionista, well damn, I've got nothing. Yes, yes, after over 1.5 feet of snow, we are now under a wind chill warning until tomorrow afternoon. I just want to be warm, is that too much to ask?

Book of the week: Um...I'm still reading Eat, Pray, Love. It's still good!

Music of the week: Well, it was a sad day on Tuesday, as we didn't get to go to the matchbox twenty concert. Mother Nature conspired against us and dumped an ungodly amount of snow on southern WI. I was definitely disappointed, but it is much better to be alive than to see a show. Currently, I'm digging an old fave, Death Cab for Cutie. I just heard that they're going to be putting a new album out soon [which unfortunately means no new Postal Service album for now, but you take what you get]!
